Frequently Asked Questions

Is Colombia dangerous? Am I going to be safe?

Colombia and Cali have had a reputation of being dangerous, which is true to certain parts of the city, as it is true for any other part of the world. Although Colombia is not as dangerous as it once was, the answer to this question is that it depends on you, common sense and caution are always required for safety. However we designed this all-inclusive experience with safety in mind, all of the transportation is taken care of, all of the events and places we visit are safe, and in most cases there will be police presence. The reason we cater to small groups is so noblinders' staff can accompany our guests at all times.

Is everything really included? What is the catch?

There is no catch and everything is included to an extent. All access, transportation, accommodations, and meals are included. However, when we go to restaurants and venues that are expensive and exclusive, we must impose a maximum to the bottles and dishes that we can cover. We are certain that you will be content and satisfied with what we have in store for you.

Can I do my own thing, or do I have to be with the group at all times?

We want you to have the best time of your life, therefore we have meticulously chosen all activities and events in a manner that flows organically. We are here to create experiences not "tours", so you always free to do as you wish. With that being said, we will have a structure/schedule but you won’t feel rushed, the idea is for you to be with us and we encourage you to enjoy what you paid for. Also, we have designated a morning and an afternoon to do some shopping, or go to a museum, or any place of interest. As always, we will be available for help and support.
